  2. was first diagnosed and scared witless. I We think alike. I discussed the same article on my blog (http://gailrae.wordpress.com) two days ago.

I've written a book for people like us: What Is It and How Did I Get It? Early Stage Chronic Kidney Disease. I wrote it because I needed quick information in one place when I first diagnosed and scared witless, I couldn't find it and was in a fog most of the time. I want to get the information out there so no one else has to feel that way. It's available on Amazon and Barnes and Nobel online. How do you feel about discussing this book on your blog?

    1. Sorry for the long delay in replying. For some reason I didn't receive any notification that I had comments pending approval. I had a brief look at your blog and it looks great. If you would like to pass me an electronic copy of your book I would certainly review it on this blog if you like.

  4. As a human nutrition student, I have always know the benefits of incorporating dietary fiber into one’s diet. But I always wondered what the dietary fiber requirements were for patients who suffered from a chronic disease, e.g., Chronic Kidney Disease. So I interviewed a fellow researcher and got some insight: http://publichealthbugle.com/2012/04/younis-salmean/

    1. Hi. A few years ago I consulted with a doctor you practices a therapy concerned with activating the nervous system with a "massage gun" device. I think the therapy was called "total kinetic" something. I enjoyed talking to the doctor but didn't perceive any obvious benefit.

Today I am in good health but aware that I have kidney damage and this may cause severe health problems in the future if the damage worsens.
